 AB animals is considered a reference for some information about selected animals. Each alphabet is represented by one animal, where we will learn about his food, his kids, life, reproduction...

The book won the best production book for kids in Beirut in 2008.
The book is targetting kids 3-6 years old, while the words used are hard for this age group.

قصة ماما دوماً بجانبي، إصدار دار كلمات، من القصص التي أحب موضوعها . محور القصة حب الام وتشجيعها الدائم لطفلها ووقوفها دوماً بجانبه في كل الأوقات. في آخر القصة، صورة الأم على سجادة الصلاة . القصة تذكر أن الام تصلي من أجل الطفل كي يصبح كبيراً

الكلمات بسيطة لكنها لا تناسب عمر 1-3 سنوات كما يسوق لها.  أما الرسوم، فإنها ليست مناسبة لهذا العمر الذي يفضل الرسوم البسيطة الملونة والدائرية

This book has a great subject: mom is always next to me, in every step I do. she keeps motivating me. The story is very interesting, the words are simple, but they are difficult for the 1-3 years old that the publisher is marketing it.
As for the illustration, it is not toddlers' favorite: Toddlers prefer very bright colors, circular designs.

قالت لي إحدى أمهات تلاميذي أنها تخشى من غيرة ابنها ومشاعره تجاه أخيه المولود الجديد. فقرأت في الصف ( 5 سنوات) قصة

محور القصة تدور عندما يحاول الأخ الأكبر أن يسكت المولود الجديد الذي  يبكي. لكنه لم يسكت. فيتساءل إن كان أخيه يحبه أم لا

لماذا هذا الموقع؟ أنا معلمة أطفال، وأم لثلاثة أولاد. قراءة القصص من نشاطات اليومية: تعرفت على الكثير منها. منها الممتع والمفيد والسهل أو الصعب، أو الغير مفيد والتجاري والمكرر .... لذلك قررت أن أدون رأيي في كتب الأطفال، حرصاً مني أن أفيد غيري ولخلق نقاش بين المهتمين

Why am I writing this blog? I am a teacher for kids, and a mother for 3 kids. Reading stories is a daily activity for me, and I get to know a lot of them. Some are easy, some are hard. Some are useful, interesting and others are useless and just commercial. I am hoping through this blog to create a discussion among those interested, and to give my opinion as an educator and as a mother.
